Yannis Moralis
Opening on Friday March 1st 2002 - 20 Kolonaki Sq., 8:00 p.m.

This years' major event is Yannis Moralis' exhibition opening on Friday, the 1st of March 2002 at Zoumboulakis Galleries.

The public will have the chance to see 16 paintings, oil and acrylics on canvas, created by the artist between 1997 and the summer of 2001.

In addition, to the paintings a number of recent unpublished photographs by Jean Francois Bonhomme, of Yannis Moralis in his studio in Athens and Aegina, will be exhibited..

The catalogue is introduced by Peggy Zoumboulakis and sponsored by the company
EKO-ELDA ABEE.

PROLOGUE:
"Yannis Moralis is the artist who links the course of Modern Greek painting with the history of our gallery.
Today, as we welcome his new exhibition, I don't know whether I should thank him only for this, or for his invaluable contribution, for all the years of his wonderful friendship and for his love, which glows upon the start of the new generation of the Zoumboulakis Gallery."
