Akrithakis Alexis (1939-1994)

Born in Athens in 1939.
He lived in Paris between 1957 and 1961, and from 1968 to 1970 he remained in Berlin with a scholarship from the German state (DAAD).
After that, he was between Athens and Europe. He has conducted solo exhibitions in Greece and abroad (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Turin, Geneva) and has participated in major group presentations in Europe.
Akrithakis dealt with book illustrations, stage design and design.
He died on 19th of September 1994 from a heart attack.
