Aidinis Diamantis
He was born in Athens.
He studied at Vakalo art & design College in Athens and at the Bayam Show in London.
He lived in Italy for many years, where he was drawing for the magazines: “Frigidaire”, “Tempisupplementari” and “Nuova ecologia”. Also in Athens, he cooperated with the magazines “Vavel”, “Κlik”, “Τetarto” and others. In general, he has done plenty of illustrations for books, newspapers and CD covers.
He has done many contemporary paintings on which he often adds painted parts from bronze or other metal. Since 2000, apart from painting, he is also constructing various kinds of sculptures, in different dimensions.
He is also famous for his art objects from painted metal which are inspired by children’s toys. Every one of them is unique and multiple at the same time.
