Efeoglou Dimitris

Dimitris Efeoglou (b. 1986) graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts (MFA), and the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (ΒFA). He has held three solo exhibitions in Greece, and his work has been included in numerous group exhibitions in museums, galleries and Art Fairs in Greece and abroad, with notable collaborations such as: Art Athena International Art Fair (2020), The Symptom Projects (2019), curated by Apostolis Artinos, Thessaloniki Center of Contemporary Art (2018), curated by Orestis Andreadakis, City of Athens Arts Center (2018) , curated by Denys Zacharopoulos, Fondazione Giorgio Cini, Venice (2015), Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art (2014), Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki (2014), National Bank of Greece Cultural Foundation (MIET) (2014), Lakeside Arts Center (2012), Nottingham, UK, curated by Marco Trulli and Claudio Zecchi, Museum of Contemporary Art, Florina, Greece.  In 2011 he represented Greece at the 15th Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean, and in 2019 he was awarded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s Artist Support Program, Art-works Fellows. His work is part of international private and public collections including the Luciano Benetton Collection amongst others. He lives and works in Athens, Greece and collaborates with Zoumboulakis Galleries from 2014.
