Tina Frey was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Canada, lived in New York and other faraway places before settling in San Francisco. From her earliest memory, she was drawing, sculpting, and creating.

Tina Frey decided to launch her design and manufacturing company from an unusual path after a successful finance career in the retail industry. She held senior and executive roles at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH), Christian Dior Perfumes & Cosmetics, the Gap, Levi Strauss & Co., Red Envelope, and others.

Many of her assignments and love for adventure led to extensive travels throughout the world, which inspired the designs.
